Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Beauty and personalized items are final sale.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, including the dust bag and all designer tags.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
